The new owner of the Lindeblad manor is renovating the old building and makes a startling discovery: the previous owners of the manor are buried alive inside the basement walls. It turns out that this is just a prelude to what's to come…
The Lindeblad mansion always stood for dignity, respect and tradition. None of this helped its inhabitants to avoid the unspeakable events plaquing the mansion, the most famous of which was the revenge of a disgruntled maid on her employers. But that was a long time ago. The 60’s are here, and with the new decade, a new owner. A celebration is in order, but the guests have no idea that bloodshed inside the mansion’s walls is far from over… Fortunately for everyone, two policemen have arrived to investigate the strange events: A local officer Kuilu and a paranormal expert from SUPO (The Finnish Security and Intelligence Service), detective Spöklund. This colorful duo won’t rest until the case is closed. Are supernatural forces on the loose in the mansion, or could a proper investigation uncover more mundane facts? The only way to find out is to enter the Lindeblad mansion.

HOW THE STORY GOES

The story takes place in the 1960’s but gives you a glimpse even further back when the mansion’s history unfolds. The guests try to solve two different cases from two different decades with the help of the police and a detective specialised in the paranormal. The show consists of four acts, and a dinner is served between the acts. Guests also have the opportunity to interview the actors.

VENUE AND EQUIPMENT

The show requires a stage or a large enough performance area. 3-4 tables are also needed to lay out the evidence. For groups larger than 50 people, a PA system is required (including one handheld microphone and 2 headsets).

TIPS FOR THE SHOW

Parts of the show take place on the stage, but the actors spend time amongst the guests between acts, and interviewing them is encouraged.
We recommend bringing at least one smart device with charged battery and, if necessary, reading glasses.
In Murder Mysteries, sharing information and cooperation are the keys to success, and by the end of the evening, each group form their own theories.
Tuoni Studios’ host is always available if questions arise or help is needed. They can also give you background information, or tips and tricks for solving the case.
